不同主产区中药材茯苓中二氧化硫和重金属的含量测定 被引量:6

Determination of sulfur dioxide and heavy metals in Poria cocos from major producing areas of China

摘要 目的测定安徽、云南、湖北、湖南4个产地茯苓中二氧化硫和重金属的含量,并评价其安全性。方法采用酸碱滴定法测定二氧化硫的含量;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定重金属含量。结果不同主产区中药材茯苓二氧化硫含量为0~32.28 mg·kg^-1,均未超标;5种重金属含量较低,变化范围为Cu:2.900~5.964 mg·kg^-1,Pb:0.061~0.489 mg·kg^-1,Cr:0.004~0.083 mg·kg^-1,As:0.020~0.066 mg·kg^-1,Hg:0.002~0.078 mg·kg^-1。结论不同主产区中药材茯苓二氧化硫和重金属含量合格,该研究可为茯苓药材的质量及安全性评价提供参考。 Objective To determine the contents of sulfur dioxide and heavy metals in Poria cocos from Anhui, Yunnan, Hubei and Hunan and to evaluate their safety. Methods Sulfur dioxide was determined by acid-base titration. Heavy metal was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results The sulfur dioxide content in Poria cocos from different main producing areas was at 0-32.28 mg·kg^-1, which was within the standard range. The content of 5 heavy metals was low: Cu 2.900-5.964 mg·kg^-1, Pb 0.061-0.489 mg·kg^-1, Cr 0.004-0.083 mg·kg^-1, As 0.020-0.066 mg·kg^-1, and Hg 0.002-0.078 mg·kg^-1. Conclusion The content of sulphur dioxide and heavy metals in Poria cocos from different main producing areas meets the quality standard. This study provides a reference for the quality and safety evaluation of Poria cocos.
