利用ECHO模型对高血压病药物治疗管理结果评价的研究综述

Medication therapy management and evaluation of hypertension disease’s by the ECHO model

高血压由于其患病率广,成本高,控制率差,在中国是一个主要的公共卫生问题。近年来,美国实施的药物治疗管理(MTM)服务在减轻疾病负担方面取得了良好的效果。Kozma等于1993年提出的经济、临床和人文产出(ECHO)模型是现阶段普遍应用的评价药学服务产出的模型之一。本文从经济性、临床性和人文性3个方面对高血压病的MTM效果进行了评价,结果表明,MTM能以较低的成本提高患者的临床疗效和生活质量,患者对MTM服务的效果满意,MTM在高血压疾病治疗中有较好的作用,可为今后临床药师的发展提供参考。

Hypertension is a major public health concern in China, given its wide prevalence, high cost, and poor rates of control. In recent years, the medication therapy management(MTM) service implemented in the USA has shown good results in reducing the burdens of disease. The Economic, Clinical and Humanistic Outcomes(ECHO) model proposed by Kozma et al. in 1993 is one of the widely used models for evaluating the outcomes of pharmaceutical care. In this paper, we evaluated MTM from economic, clinical and humanistic perspective based on the ECHO model. The study have showed that MTM improved patient’s clinical outcomes and quality of life with reduced costs, and patients were satisfied with MTM service. MTM service benefits the disease treatment and drug management of hypertension patients and provides reference for the development of clinical pharmacists in the future.
