临床药师参与阿片类药物致老年患者谵妄的治疗及分析

Clinical pharmacists participating in the treatment of opioid-induced delirium in an elderly patient

临床药师发挥自己的专业优势,通过参与1例椎间孔镜术后阿片类药物镇痛致老年患者谵妄的治疗过程,从药物选择、方案调整及用药监护方案等方面提出个体化建议,医师采纳临床药师建议后,患者谵妄症状得到了有效缓解。通过此病例的成功实践,表明临床药师深入临床对合理用药有积极意义。

One elderly patient with opioid-induced delirium after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy for lumbar disc herniation was analyzed. Clinical pharmacists provided individualized advice to physicians, concerning drug selection, treatment strategy and medication monitoring program. The treatment advice was adopted, the patient’s symptoms were effectively relieved. Through this case, clinical pharmacists proved their positive impact on rational drug use.
