马星野的人生与职业悲剧及其原因探析

Analysis of Ma Xingye’s Life and Professional Tragedy and Its Reasons

自18岁入国民党中央党务党校至83岁在台北病逝,马星野将其毕生心血都奉献给了国民党新闻事业。考察他一生新闻生涯,可以发现,他的人生与职业生涯实际上具有浓郁的悲剧色彩。他的悲剧主要表现在,他挚爱新闻事业却无法自主选择其职业;一生崇奉新闻自由却只能在自由新闻理念与国民党的立场与利益间极力平衡、妥协,甚至不得不接受与自己的自由新闻理念、理想相悖的工作;他毕生为国民党及其新闻事业呕心沥血却最终没有得到国民党的善待。马星野的悲剧,一方面与其所具有的“新闻人”与“党人”身份、新闻专业理念与国民党思想立场的矛盾有关,另一方面与其所具有的儒家思想与精神气质如忠君爱国、含蓄隐忍、圆融贯通等有密切关联。

Since Ma Xing-ye entered the Kuomintang Central Party School at the age of 18 and died in Taipei at the age of 83,he dedicated his life to the Kuomintang journalism.Investigating his lifelong career in journalism,we can find that his life and career actually have a strong tragic color.His tragedy is mainly manifested in his love of journalism but his inability to choose his profession;although he worshipped the freedom of the press in his life,he could only strive to balance and compromise between the concept of free journalism and the position and interests of the Kuomintang,he even had to accept work that was contrary to his idea and ideal of free journalism;he devoted his life to the Kuomintang and his journalism,but ultimately did not receive the Kuomintang's kindness.Ma Xing-ye’s tragedy,on the one hand,is related to the contradiction between his“journalist”and“party member”identity,journalism professional concept and Kuomintang’s position and ideology;on the other hand,it is closely related to its Confucianism and spiritual temperament,such as loyalty to the monarch and patriotism,implicit tolerance,flexibility.
