摘要
根据叶轮的技术要求和使用工况制定出了具体的铸造工艺方案、浇注系统类型以及浇注工艺参数。通过Procast软件对铸件充型、凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测出铸造缺陷产生的位置和倾向性。并对铸件工艺进行了改进,通过提高冒口的补缩和冷铁的激冷能力,消除了缩孔缩松缺陷。
According to the technical requirements and working conditions of the impeller,the concrete casting process scheme,the type of pouring system and the pouring process parameters were worked out.The filling and solidification process of the casting was simulated by Procast software,and the position and tendency of casting defects were predicted.The casting process was improved.By improving the feeding of the riser and the cooling ability of the cold iron,the shrinkage porosity defects of the castings were eliminated.
