摘要
利用有限元数值模拟软件Dynaform分析了热冲压成形工艺中冲压速度、压边力、模具初始温度、摩擦因子等因素对BR1500HS板料加强件回弹、起皱、破裂等成形质量的影响规律。选取冲压速度50 mm/s、压边力25 kN、摩擦因子0.4进行了生产试验。试制产品成形良好,各部位的回弹量均在2 mm内;强度在1380~1620 MPa,硬度在410~490 HV,满足零件要求。
The effects of stamping speed,blank holder force,die initial temperature and friction factor on the springback,wrinkling and fracture of BR1500HS sheet metal reinforcements were analyzed by using finite element numerical simulation software Dynaform.The production test was carried out by using stamping speed of 50 mm/s,blank holder force of 25 kN and friction factor of 0.4.The trial-products are well formed,the springback of all parts is within 2 mm,the strength is 1380-1620 MPa,and the hardness is 410-490 HV,which meets the requirements of the parts.
