摘要
论述了哈氏合金N10276宽幅薄板叠轧生产工艺。根据N10276合金特点,对其加工难点、变形机制、温度敏感性和裂纹产生机理进行了分析。制定了加热、轧制工艺参数,成功试制出10 mm×2500 mm×5000 mm宽幅板材。并在此基础上,采用叠轧工艺研制成功3 mm×1800 mm×5000 mm宽幅薄板。然后通过工艺试验确定了热处理工艺,最终板材的力学和腐蚀性能、表面质量均能满足ASME SB575标准的要求。
The pack rolling production process of Hastelloy N10276 wide sheet was described.According to the characteristics of N10276 alloy,the processing difficulties,deformation mechanism,temperature sensitivity and crack generation mechanism were analyzed.The heating,rolling process parameters were established,and the 10 mm×2500 mm×5000 mm wide sheet was successfully trial-produced.On the basis of this,3 mm×1800 mm×5000 mm wide sheet was developed successfully by pack rolling process.The heat treatment process was determined by the process test.The mechanical and corrosion properties and surface quality of the final sheet can meet the requirements of ASME SB575 standard.
