摘要
以顶锻力为3500 kN的连续驱动立式摩擦焊机钢爪夹具作为研究对象,在对摩擦焊机钢爪夹具参数设计的基础上,实现了CAD/CAE的联合数值模拟及多目标优化。以夹具的质量、最大变形量和应力为优化目标,通过灵敏度分析,建立了夹具的二阶响应面模型,得到优化方案。利用正交试验对优化结果的有效性进行验证,试验表明优化结果与正交试验结果趋势一致。优化后的钢爪夹具质量变化不大,最大变形量和最大应力降幅明显。该优化方法具有较高的优化效率,优化效果显著。
Taking steel claw fixture of continuous drive vertical friction welding machine with upsetting force of 3500 kN as the research object,based on the parametric design of the friction welding machine steel claw fixture,the combined numerical simulation by CAD/CAE and multi-objective optimization were realized.Taking the mass,maximum deformation and stress of the fixture as the optimization objectives,the second-order response surface model of the fixture was established through the sensitivity analysis,and the optimized scheme was obtained.The validity of the optimization results was verified by orthogonal test.The results show that the optimization result is consistent with the trend of orthogonal test result.The quality of the optimized clamp fixture doesn’t change significantly,and the maximum deformation and maximum stress decrease significantly.The optimized method has a high optimization efficiency and optimization effect is obvious.
