摘要 采用SEM、EDS和金相显微镜(OM)对ER50-6焊丝钢热轧盘条表面难以酸洗以及拉拔过程中损伤模具的原因进行了分析。结果表明:ER50-6焊丝钢表面生成了一层厚度约为10μm的Fe3O4,其与尖晶石结构相仿,较致密,难溶于酸。母材表面生成的Fe3O4如果在除磷阶段没有去除干净,则在后续拉拔工序中会刮伤模具和钢丝表面,从而缩短模具寿命及影响钢丝质量。 The causes of difficult pickling of hot rolled wire rod surface of ER50-6 welding wire and the damage of the die during drawing were analyzed by using SEM,EDS and optical metallographic microscope.The results show that a layer of Fe3O4 with a thickness about 10μm is formed on ER50-6 welding steel.The structure is similar to that of spinel,which is compact and insoluble in acid.If the Fe3O4 formed on the base metal surface is not completely removed in the phosphorus removal stage,the die and steel wire surface will be scraped in the subsequent drawing process,thus shortening the die life and affecting the steel wire quality.
