摘要
目的研究百合科贝母属植物瓦布贝母Fritillaria wabuensis栽培品的生物碱类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法和重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,采用核磁共振波谱方法(1HNMR、13CNMR)鉴定结构。结果从栽培瓦布贝母鳞茎的95%乙醇提取物中共分离纯化得到7个单体化合物,鉴定为西贝碱(Ⅰ)、贝母素乙(Ⅱ)、异浙贝甲素(Ⅲ)、贝母辛(Ⅳ)、贝母素甲(Ⅴ)、西贝碱苷(Ⅵ)和川贝酮(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅵ和Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the alkaloid constituents from the bulbus of cultivated Fritillaria wabuensis. METHODS The silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization methods were used for the isolation and the purification of compounds,and the spectroscopic methods(1 HNMR,13CNMR) were used for the structural identification. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract from the bulbus of cultivated Fritillaria wabuensis and identified as imperialine(Ⅰ),verticinone(Ⅱ),isoverticine(Ⅲ),peimisine(Ⅳ),verticine(Ⅴ),imperialine 3-D-glucoside(Ⅵ),and chuanbeinone(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
