摘要
为改善大型复杂工程项目组织间知识共享关系现状,提出互惠型知识共享关系的概念及内涵,从项目角度对其进行分析,并以实际工程为例,运用社会网络分析方法,构建互惠型知识共享关系网络模型,通过整体网密度、网络中心性和凝聚子群等指标对模型进行量化分析。结果表明,组织间知识共享关系未真正引起管理者重视,网络密度较低,凝聚力不强,基于互惠互利为目的知识共享关系合作不明显;建设单位、政府部门和总承包商处于网络核心位置,是组织间互惠型知识共享关系的协调人和拥护者;组织间存在以核心利益相关方为中心的小团体组织。
In order to improve the status quo of knowledge sharing between large and complex engineering projects, this paper proposes the concept and connotation of reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship, analyzes it from the perspective of project, and uses social engineering analysis method to construct reciprocal knowledge. The shared relational network model quantifies the model through indicators such as overall network density, network centrality, and condensed subgroups. The results show that the knowledge sharing relationship between organizations does not really attract the attention of managers, the network density is low, the cohesiveness is not strong, and the knowledge sharing relationship cooperation based on mutual benefit is not obvious;the construction unit, government department and general contractor are at the core of the network. It is the coordinator and advocate of the reciprocal knowledge sharing relationship between organizations;there are small group organizations centered on core stakeholders.
