摘要
在分析国内外软件产业专项资金的相关文献、法律法规的基础上,从政府、企业、园区的角度出发,综合运用德尔菲法、网络层次分析法,获得各个指标的权重,最终构建了软件和信息服务业发展专项资金绩效评价指标体系。
This article analyzed a large number of domestic and foreign literature, laws and regulations related to the software and information service industries to develop special funds, used Delphi method and network-level analysis comprehensively from the view of government, business and park, got the weight of each indicator, and ultimately constructed a performance evaluation index system for the development of special funds for software and information service industries.
