螺旋缝焊管机组拆卷防散卷自动控制系统研制

摘要 为解决螺旋缝焊管机组拆卷工序因锥头下压调整不及时导致的散卷问题,设计研发一套防散卷自动控制系统.介绍该自动控制系统的工作原理、重要参数的推导和计算,以及锥轮过压保护措施;展示具体散卷控制效果.运行结果表明:该防散卷自动控制系统运行稳定可靠,控制效果良好,散卷发生率降低了80%,可为类似生产线的控制改进提供借鉴和参考. An automatic coil-loosening-preventing system is developed to fix the problem of coil-loosening as encountered with during the uncoiling operation step of the spiral welded pipe mill line, and caused due to such an improper operation that the press-down of the conical head is not adjusted in time. Elaborated here in the essay are the main aspects of the said control system, including the operating principle, derivation and calculation of the major parameters, and the protective measures against over pressing by the conical wheel. The actual effectiveness of coil-loosening prevention by the said control system is demonstrated. The operation result shows that the system is capable of consistent and reliable running, satisfactory control effectiveness, and reducing the coil-loosening incidence by 80%, being worthy using as a reference for modifying the control systems of similar operation lines.
