悬吊运动训练对治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者运动及平衡功能的疗效观察

Effect of Suspension Exercise Training on Motor and Balance Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:探究悬吊运动训练治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者运动及平衡功能的临床疗效。方法:选取80例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用悬吊运动训练联合常规治疗方法,对照组仅接受常规治疗方法。分别于治疗前、后,采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)对运动及平衡功能进行评定。结果:治疗后,观察组和对照组的FMA、BBS评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的FMA、BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊运动训练可有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的运动及平衡功能,对促进患者肢体康复有显著的作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of suspension exercise training on motor and balance function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Eighty patients with hemiplegia after stroke were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table.The observation group was treated with suspension exercise training combined with routine treatment,and the control group was only treated with routine therapy.In order to evaluate movement and balance function,Before and after treatment,all the cases were evaluated by a simple fugl-meyer motor function scale(FMA),berg balance scale(BBS)before and after treatment respectively.Results:After treatment,the FMA and BBS scores of the observation group and the control group were higher than before treatment(p<0.05),and the FMA and BBS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05)?Conclusion:Suspension exercise training can effectively improve the motor and balance function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and play a significant role in promoting the rehabilitation of the limbs of the patients.
