骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage for Patients with Soft Tissue injury of Bone Wound Surface

目的:研究骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者应用负压封闭引流技术的临床治疗效果。方法:随机挑选9 2例于2017年1月-2018年3月被本院所收治患有骨创伤创面软组织损伤病患展开研究,将他们随机分为2组,即观察组与对照组,对照组病患给予常规治疗法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上运用负压封闭引流技术加以治疗,对比2组病患的临床治疗效果。结果:对比2组病患的VAS视觉模拟评分情况,治疗前,2组病患的评分情况差别不显著,P>0.05,统计学无对比价值。完成治疗后,观察组病患的VAS评分比对照组低,观察组评分为(1.21±0.16)分,对照组为(3.50±0.19)分,统计学有对比意义,P<0.05;对比2组病患的并发症产生情况,观察组病患在治疗的过程中共出现了5例并发症问题,占本组总例数的10.8 7%,对照组在治疗的过程中共出现了18例并发症问题,占本组总例数的39.13%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者应用负压封闭引流技术治疗效果显著,可改善临床症状,控制并发症的产生,帮助病患尽早恢复,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To study the clinical therapeutic effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on soft tissue injury patients with bone trauma.Methods:92 patients suffering from soft tissue injury of bone trauma wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and studied.They were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.the study group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given conventional therapy.Patients in the study group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage technology on the basis of conventional therapy,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS visual analogue scores of the two groups were compared.Before treatment,the scores of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),and there was no statistical comparison value.After the treatment,the VAS score of the patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the score in the study group was(1.21 0.16)and that in the control group was(3.50 0.19),with statistical significance p<0.05.Comparing the complications of the two groups of patients,the patients in the study group had 5 complications in the treatment process,accounting for 10.87%of the total number of patients in this group,while the patients in the control group had 18 complications in the treatment process,accounting for 39.13%of the total number of patients in this group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Vacuum sealing drainage is effective in the treatment of soft tissue injury patients with bone trauma wounds.It can improve clinical symptoms,control the occurrence of complications,and help patients recover as soon as possible.It has clinical promotion value.
