新型腕关节外固定支架加断端植骨治疗烧骨远端C型骨折疗效分析

Treatment of Distal Radius C Fractures with New Wrist External Fixiator and Broken Ends Bone Graft

目的:探讨采用新型腕关节外固定支架加断端植骨治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效。方法:使用新型腕关节外固定支架加断端植骨治疗桡骨远端C型骨折46例,骨折按A0分型,C2型12例,C3型34例。结果:参照Dienst功能评估标准评定疗效,46例中优30例,良11例,一般4例,差1例,优良率为89.13%。结论:采用新型腕关节外固定支架加断端植骨治疗桡骨远端C2、C3型骨折,骨折复位理想,固定可靠,桡骨关节面恢复平整,腕及手部功能恢复满意。

Objecitive:The choice of operative fixation for type C distal radius fractures is controversial.External wrist fixator is suitable for complex comminuted distal radius fractures.Methods:To investigate the clinical effect of new wrist external fixator combined with bone grafting in the treatment of distal radius type C fracture.Method:46 cases of distal radius type C fractures were treated with new wrist external fixator and broken end bone grafting.According,12 cases were type C2 and 34 cases were type C3.Results:According to the Diens function evaluation criteria,the results were evaluated in 30 of the 46 cases,11 cases with good results,4 cases in general,leases with poor effect,and the excellent rate of 89.13%.Conclusion:External fixation of wrist jiont and bone grafting at broken end are effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures of C2 and C3.The reduction of fracture is ideal,the fixation is reliable,the articular surface of radius is restored smoothly,and the function of wrist and hand is restored well.
