猫爪草胶囊辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎临床效果分析

Clinical effect of Maozhuacao capsule in adjuvant treatment of tuberculous pleurisy

目的分析探讨猫爪草胶囊辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床效果.方法 96例结核性胸膜炎患者,随机分为治疗组与实验组,各48例.治疗组采用2HRZE/10HRE抗结核药物治疗方案,实验组在治疗组基础上加用猫爪草胶囊辅助治疗.观察比较两组患者的胸腔积液吸收时间、胸痛缓解时间、不同时间段治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗组胸腔积液吸收时间、胸痛缓解时间分别为(106±41)、(48±19)d,长于实验组的(78±36)、(35±16)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组第3个月末、第6个月末及第12个月末胸腔积液治疗总有效率均低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者在治疗过程中均未发现明显不良反应或不良事件.结论在常规抗结核药物治疗基础上联合猫爪草胶囊辅助治疗,有助于结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液的吸收,减少胸膜增厚、粘连及包裹,无明显不良反应,疗效肯定,可在临床应用.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Maozhuacao capsule in adjuvant treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods A total of 96 tuberculous pleurisy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with 2 HRZE/10 HRE antituberculosis drugs regimen, and the experimental group was treated with Maozhuacao capsule on the basis of the treatment group. Observation and comparison were made on absorption time of pleural effusion, remission time of chest pain, therapeutic effect in different time periods and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The absorption time of pleural effusion and remission time of chest pain were(106±41) and(48±19) d respectively, and those were long than(78±36) and(35±16) d in the experimental group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the end of 3 rd, 6 th and 12 th month, the total effective rate of pleural effusion in the treatment group was lower than those in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions or adverse events were found in the course of treatment between the two groups. Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs, Maozhuacao capsule as an adjuvant therapy can help to absorb pleural effusion of tuberculous pleurisy, reduce pleural thickening, adhesion and encapsulation, without obvious adverse reactions, and its efficacy is affirmative. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
