中药免煎颗粒与汤剂的疗效比较分析

Comparative analysis on efficacy of granules and decoction of Chinese herbal medicine

目的比较临床治疗中中药免煎颗粒与汤剂的治疗效果.方法 71例接受中药治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,根据患者选择中药类型的不同将其分为对照组(36例)及研究组(35例).对照组选择传统中药饮片汤剂治疗,研究组选择中药免煎颗粒治疗.对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗依从性情况.结果研究组总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的88.89%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).研究组治疗依从性为97.14%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在慢性萎缩性胃炎临床治疗中应用中药免煎颗粒与汤剂进行治疗,均具有较好临床疗效,但中药免煎颗粒的服用操作较为简单,故对于患者治疗依从性的提升效果较为明显.

Objective To compare the effect of granules and decoction of Chinese herbal medicine in clinical treatment. Methods A total of 71 chronic atrophic gastritis patients as study subjects were divided by different types of Chinese herbal medicine into control group(36 cases) and research group(35 cases). The control group was treated with decoction of Chinese herbal medicine, and the research group was treated with granules of Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical efficacy and treatment compliance in two groups was compared. Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 94.29% than 88.89% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The research group had higher treatment compliance as 97.14% than 80.56% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Granules and decoction of Chinese herbal medicine both shows good clinical efficacy in clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, but granules decoction of Chinese herbal medicine is relatively simple, so the improvement of patients’ treatment compliance is more obvious.
