党的建设是基层治理现代化的内核。文章从党群关系的实践性出发,探讨基层党建与乡村治理的关联机制。转型期的乡村治理是激活党建动力和路径的重要载体,赋予基层党建以政治活力。党建在嵌入乡村治理场域的同时再造了乡村治理的政治基础,重塑了乡村社会的公共性。党群关系日益成为转型期乡村社会的粘合剂。因此,乡村治理既是农村党建创新的起点,也是其归宿。当前农村党建创新需要立足乡村治理转型的复杂性和渐进性,不断拓展其深度和边界。

Party building is the core of modernization of grassroots governance.Based on the practice of the relationship between the Party and the masses,this paper probes into the correlation mechanism between grassroots party building and rural governance.The rural governance in the transitional period is an important carrier to activate the power and path of party building and endow the grassroots party building with political vitality.The party building is embedded in the rural governance field while reconstructing the political foundation of rural governance and reshaping the publicity of rural society.Party-masses relationship has become the binder of rural society in the transition period.Therefore,rural governance is both the starting point and the end-result of rural party building innovation.At present,the innovation of rural party building should be based on the complexity and gradual nature of rural governance transformation and constantly expand its depth and scope.
