摘要
在隧道实体质量检测中,常规水钻无法安全、有效地对拱顶实施取芯作业。因此,研制一种隧道拱顶智能取芯装置,可解决冷却水回流烧毁电机及漏电危险等问题。该装置具有智能识别防水板位置,避免钻破防水板的风险;在取芯过程中通过取芯速度和钻机电流的变化情况,可对衬砌混凝土的密实度、强度、匀质性进行预判;通过对钻孔取芯,可检测隧道拱顶衬砌厚度、脱空深度等。同时,提出了一种取芯孔修复工艺,解决了钻孔取芯孔洞的修复质量问题。
Because of the special position of tunnel vault, conventional water drill can′ t safely and effectively carry out coring. An intelligent device for coring at tunnel vault was developed, which eliminates the risks of motor burning and electric leakage caused by cooling water reflux. The device can intelligently identify the position of waterproof board to avoid the risk of breaking of waterproof board;in the process of coring, the compactness, strength and homogeneity of lining concrete are predicted based on the changes of coring speed and electric current of drilling rig;through coring, the thickness and void depth of lining at tunnel vault can be detected. Finally a kind of core hole repairing technology was proposed.
