摘要
“王道政伦”是儒家思想的核心,是具有鲜明的中华传统“德”文化的民族意志性所在,是延续至今的我国精神文明的价值遗产。有鉴于此,从《六艺》哲学“心”观与孔孟“道德革命”正义性的历史机理效应以及董仲舒“王道三纲”的涵摄范式及其缘饰为政治公权力治理社会的工具性视角出发,重新对“王道政伦”的概念做出一个相对适宜的诠释可见一斑。这不止是回眸古代先儒们的治秩之道,还是期冀于人文“王道”的当下与未来。
“Kingly way and political ethics”,as the core of Confucianism,has a distinctively national will of the traditional Chinese“moral”culture,which continues its value legacy of China’s spiritual civilization till this day.Therefore,it is of significance to make a relatively reasonable interpretation of the concept of“kingly way and political ethics”again from the perspective of the“heart”in the Six Arts philosophy,the historical mechanism and effect of the“moral revolution”justice in classical Confucianism,along with the inclusive paradigm of Dong Zhongshu’s“kingly way and three doctrines”and its instrumentality as the attachment on the governance society with national public power.This reflection is not only to look back to the governance ideology of the ancient Confucianists,but also to look forward to the present and future of humane authority.
