从李村农事试验场看近代青岛对外国农业技术的引进与推广 被引量:2

The Introduction and Extension of Foreign Agricultural Technology in Modern Qingdao from the Perspective of Agricultural Testing Field of Li Cun

摘要 19世纪下半叶,随着大运河的衰落与青岛港的建立,青岛逐步被纳入了国际贸易体系之中,对外贸易不断扩大,农产品需求量增加,要求加快农业技术的引进与交流。李村农事试验场的设立,开启了青岛与世界先进的农业科技接轨与交流的进程,试验场不仅引进国外优良农作物品种、果树品种等开展适应性试验,而且不断向周边进行农业技术的示范与推广工作,包括设立推广实验区、设立特约农田、举办农产展览会等,加快了先进农业技术在青岛的传播,同时推动了青岛农业技术向近代化的转型。李村农事试验场虽然只是一个点,但它是我们了解近代港口城市与外国农业技术交流的一个重要线索,同时也可为当今乡村振兴战略的实施提供部分经验与启示。 In the second half of the 19th century, with the decline of the Grand Canal and the establishment of Qingdao Port, Qingdao was gradually incorporated into the international trading system. The expansion of foreign trade and the increasing demand for agricultural products required the acceleration of the introduction and exchange of agricultural technology. The establishment of the Li Cun Agricultural Testing Field opened the process of integration and exchange between Qingdao and the world's advanced agricultural science and technology. The foreign fine crop varieties and fruit tree varieties were introduced into the testing field to carry out adaptability tests. Moreover, the demonstration and extension of agricultural technology to the surrounding areas has been continuously carried out, including the establishment of pilot experimental areas, the establishment of special farmland, the holding of agricultural products exhibitions, an so on. It accelerated the spread of advanced agricultural technology in Qingdao and promoted the transformation of Qingdao's agricultural technology to modernization. Although the Li Cun Agricultural Experimental Field is only a point, it is an important clue for us to understand the exchange of agricultural technology between modern port cities and foreign countries, and it can also provide some experience and inspiration for the implementation of today's rural revitalization strategy.
