在高校创新型、应用型人才培养背景下,经管类专业应结合各专业特色,对实践教学体系进行重构,形成“全方位、系统性、多层次、立体化”的以跨专业虚拟仿真实验为核心的实践教学体系。这一体系可以优化实验实训课程结构,形成知识、能力、素质全面提升的立体化人才培养机制,帮助解决院校校外实习基地不足的问题,值得经管类院校推广。

Under the background of cultivating innovative and applied talents in colleges and universities,the practical teaching system of economics and management specialty should be reconstructed according to the characteristics of each specialty,so as to form an all-round,systematic,multilevel and three-dimensional practical teaching system with the core of cross-specialty virtual simulation experiment.This system can optimize the structure of experimental training courses,form a three-dimensional personnel training mechanism to comprehensively improve knowledge,ability and quality,and help solve the problem of inadequate practice bases outside colleges and universities.It is worth promoting in economic and management colleges.
