摘要
在研究双针床全成形电脑横机各机构工作原理的基础上,分析双针床全成形电脑横机与一般双针床电脑横机编织原理的差异,包括起头、罗纹的编织原理,以及全成形产品的成形分析。结果表明:双针床全成形电脑横机虽然可以编织出无需裁剪缝制的全成形产品,但其在产品的款式、花型以及编织效率上仍具有一定的局限性。对双针床电脑横机全成形工艺的探讨,为深入研究纬编全成形技术提供参考。
In order to further understand the whole garment computerized flat knitting machine, the mechanism and technology of the double-bed whole garment computerized flat knitting machine were studied. Starting from the working principle of each mechanism, the different forming and knitting principles between the double-bed whole garment computerized flat knitting machine and the general double-bed computerized flat knitting machine were explored, including the knitting principle of the starting and ribbing, and the forming analysis of the whole garment product. It was found that the double-bed whole garment computerized flat knitting machine can knit a whole garment product without cutting and sewing, but it still had some limitations in the style and pattern of the whole garment product and knitting efficiency. Through the discussion of the whole garment process of the double-bed computerized flat knitting machine, this paper provided a reference for the in-depth study of the weft knitting whole garment technology.
