摘要
为探究纳米复合防酸透湿织物与传统防酸透湿织物的风格及性能方面的差异,选取市面上较常见的涤/棉基布、实验室自制含氟聚氨酯基纳米复合防酸透湿织物以及市售传统防酸透湿浸渍织物作为研究对象,采用FAST织物风格仪测试各织物在低负荷下的压缩、弯曲、拉伸、剪切性等9项力学性能指标,并分析各织物风格之间的差异。此外,测试了3种织物的透气透湿性、强力以及接触角等。结果表明:纳米复合防酸透湿织物、基布及市售浸渍织物在低负荷下的力学性能差异并不明显。该纳米复合防酸透湿织物具有良好的强力、透湿透气性以及防酸性,透气率为186. 2 mm/s,透湿率为9 914 g/(m2·24 h),且对水、硫酸的接触角分别达到了140°与135°,可以作为理想的防酸透湿织物。
In order to study the difference of the style and performance of the acidproof and breathable nanocomposite fabrics as well as traditional acidproof and breathable fabrics, the polyester/cotton fabrics, lab-made fluorinated polyurethane acidproof and breathable nanocomposite fabrics and commercially impregnated fabrics were selected. The compression, bending, tensile and shear properties under low load were measured by using the FAST system, and the styles of these fabrics were analyzed. In addition, the air permeability, strength and contact angle of these fabrics were also tested. The results showed that the mechanical properties under low lord of acidproof and breathable nanocomposite fabrics were not significantly different from the polyester/cotton fabrics and commercially impregnated fabrics. The nanocomposite fabrics would be a good candidate in the use of acidproof and breathable fabrics, as it showed favorable strength, moisture breathable, and acidproof properties, that the air permeability was 186.2 mm/s, moisture permeability was 9 914 g/(m^2·24 h), as well as the water and concentrated sulfuric acid contact angle reached to 140° and 135°, respectively.
