双醛羧甲基纤维素/三聚氰胺树脂对模拟染料废水的吸附效果 被引量:6

摘要 为获得具备优良吸附特性的废水处理吸附材料,以羧甲基纤维素为原料,经高碘酸钠氧化合成双醛羧甲基纤维素,再与三聚氰胺反应制备双醛羧甲基纤维素/三聚氰胺复合材料。研究复合材料对水溶液中直接湖蓝5 B的去除效果,并分析了溶液p H值、染料初始质量浓度、氯化钠质量浓度、吸附剂质量浓度、吸附时间对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:双醛羧甲基纤维素/三聚氰胺复合材料对直接湖蓝5 B有良好的吸附性能,在直接湖蓝5 B质量浓度为0.2 g/L,PH值为4.0,氯化钠质量浓度为40 g/L,吸附剂质量浓度为4 g/L,吸附时间为60 m in时,脱色率达到9 9.2%。经红外表征双醛羧甲基纤维素/三聚氰胺复合材料存在席夫碱性质的共价键,并同时存在静电作用力。 In order to obtain wasterwater treatment materials with excellent adsorption properties, carboxymethyl cellulose was used as the raw material to synthesize the dialdehyde carboxymethyl cellulose(DCMC) by oxidation of sodium periodate, and then reacted with melamine(MEL) to prepare the dialdehyde carboxymethyl cellulose/melamine(DCMC/MEL) composite material. The removal of direct blue 5 B with DCMC/MEL was studied. The effect of pH,initial concentration of dye, salt, adsorbent and adsorption time were studied. The experimental results show that when the concentration of direct blue 5 B is 0.2 g/L, pH value is 4.0, salt concentration is 40 g/L, adsorbent concentration is 4 g/L, the treatment time is 60 min, the decolorization rate can reach to 99.2%. There is a covalent bond of schiff alkaline compound and electrostatic force by infrared characterization of DCMC/MEL.
