摘要
针对云资源在制造及优选过程中存在指标模糊性及二维控制图无法同时控制多个指标的问题,构造一种三维的区间犹豫模糊控制图对云制造过程的稳定性进行控制.由于区间犹豫模糊统计量不满足正态分布,传统控制图的控制限不再适用,所以提出一种基于灰色关联的区间数排序法,并在犹豫模糊集上下限的基础上设计一种新的区间犹豫模糊图的控制限确定方法.此外,借助于直接模糊控制图判异方法的思想,发展一种新的区间犹豫模糊控制图的判异准则.最后对三台云制造设备进行了实例分析,结果表明所提出的方法科学有效.
To solve index fuzziness in the process of cloud resources manufacturing and inability of two-dimensional control chart controlling multiple indexes, a three-dimensional interval hesitant fuzzy control chart was constructed. The control limit of traditional control chart is no longer applicable since the interval hesitant fuzzy statistics is abnormal distribution. We propose a new sequencing method for interval number based on grey correlation and a novel chart based of the upper and lower limits of uncertain fuzzy sets for interval hesitant fuzzy control. In addition, criteria for differentiation of interval hesitant fuzzy were developed and their effectiveness was proved in analysis of examples with three cloud manufacturing equipments.
