摘要
目的:本研究拟制订可信度问卷中文版,并用于考察中学生对教师的信任程度,以解决学校现行生评教的随意性问题。方法:通过对原英文版可信度问卷进行翻译、回译、校对等,形成中文版可信度问卷;尔后在山西省六所中学中试测,收集有效问卷340份,用于考察该问卷在中国中学生中使用的心理测量学指标;最后进行较大规模施测,回收有效问卷1195份,以考察目前中学生对教师信任度的现状。结果:中文版教师可信度问卷仍包含3个维度:胜任力、关心和诚实,共18个项目。其中总问卷和各维度的α系数分别为:0.96,0.91,0.91,0.94;重测信度为0.98,0.89,0.95,0.66。验证性因素分析拟合指数IFI、TLI均大于0.90,GFI大于0.85;效标效度中,与中学生领悟教师情感支持问卷总分的相关系数为0.80;用学生对教师的信任程度的等级评定作效标的相关系数为0.82。中学生认为,女教师可信度显著高于男教师,初中生评定的教师可信度显著高于高中生评定的教师可信度。结论:中文版可信度问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可用于中国中学生对教师可信度的评定。中学生对女性教师的信任度高于男性教师,初中生比高中生更觉教师可信任。
Objective: To revise The Source Credibility Measure to Chinese version and measure the validity and reliability of this scale. Methods: Totally 340 students in 6 middle schools in Shanxi province were recruited to test the psychometric indicators of this version. Finally, after mass measurement, 1195 students were collected to test the current situation of the credibility of their teachers. Results: The Chinese version of Source Credibility Measure contained 18 items and 3 dimensions(competence, caring, trustworthiness). The α reliability coefficients of total measurement and each dimension ranged from 0.91 to 0.96, the test-retest reliability coefficients ranged from 0.66 to 0.98. The structure validity index IFI and TLI both scored above 0.90, GFI above 0.85. Besides, the total score was correlated with Perceived Teacher Emotional Support(PTES). Students from middle school believed that female teacher had greater credibility than male, and junior school students had higher scores than senior toward teacher credibility. Conclusion: The Chinese version of Source Credibility Measure has good reliability and validity, and it is appropriate for students to evaluate credibility of their teachers.
