Training Objectives of Postgraduate Programs in American Clinical Psychology: An Overview

学历教育是心理健康服务人员队伍建设的重要保障。目前国内高校临床心理学方向的研究生培养方案较少,培养目标不清晰,培养内容标准不统一。为了更好地建设心理健康服务工作,本文概述了美国临床心理学硕博士培养目标和内容,并结合国内的实际情况,做出总结和展望,对国内临床心理学研究生培养具有一定的借鉴作用。

Academic education is an important guarantee for the construction of mental health service personnel. At present, there are only a few postgraduate training programs of clinical psychology in China. Among them, the training objectives are not clear, and the content standards are not uniform. In order to improve mental health service work, this paper outlines the training objectives of the American clinical psychology postgraduate programs. Furthermore, directions and suggestions were postponed according to the present status in China, which has potential reference for the domestic clinical psychology postgraduate training.
