永磁同步电机高精度转角自适应定位仿真 被引量:3

摘要 永磁同步电机高精度转角自适应定位,在提高永磁同步电机性能方面的意义重大.在对永磁同步电机转角进行定位时,需对电机的磁转进行计算,确定永磁同步电机的转动方向.传统方法主要利用滤波器对电机中的电流进行调节,但忽略了电机转动方向对转角定位的影响,导致出现电机定位转角准确性差的问题.提出基于信号注入的永磁同步电机高精度转角自适应定位方法.根据永磁同步电机的电流和电感量计算电机整体数学方程,测量永磁同步电机的电流大小,并建立磁转分析模型.利用永磁同步电机电压的矢量幅值、幅角和电压频率等条件,对电机合成旋转的电压矢量进行分析,并对其注入信号,利用所注入的信号计算电机转子处于静止时的电枢电压和电感,分析电机的旋转方向,计算转角弧度,实现永磁同步电机高精度转角自适应定位.仿真结果表明,提出方法电机转角弧度计算结果准确,电机转角定位精度较高. The adaptive positioning for high-precision rotation angle has widely impacted in improving the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor. It is necessary to calculate the magnetic rotation of motor and determine the rotation direction of permanent magnet synchronous motor. But the traditional methods ignore the influence of rotation direction on the rotation angle positioning. Therefore, this paper presents an adaptive positioning method for high-precision rotation angle of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on signal injection. According to the current and inductance of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the overall mathematical equation of motor was calculated. Then, the electric current of permanent magnet synchronous motor was measured and the analysis model of magnetic rotation was established. Moreover, the vector amplitude of voltage, argument and voltage frequency of permanent magnet synchronous motor was used to analyze the voltage vector of the motor, and then signal was injected into it. In addition, the injected signal was used to calculate the armature voltage and the inductance of motor rotor at rest. Finally, the rotation direction of motor was analyzed and the radian of rotation angle was calculated. Thus, we achieved the adaptive positioning for high-precision rotation angle of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Simulation results show that the proposed method has accurate calculation of radian of motor rotation angle and high positioning accuracy of motor rotation angle.
