介绍症状和症状群的概念,分析肿瘤患者治疗相关性症状产生的原因,系统综述肿瘤患者治疗相关性症状的测评工具、流行情况和管理方法,提出肿瘤患者治疗相关性症状管理中存在的问题及建议,旨在为临床症状管理提供参考,减轻肿瘤患者的症状困扰。

This paper introduced the concepts of symptom as well as the symptom cluster,and analyzed the reasons of treatment-related symptom in cancer patients,and also systematically reviewed the assessment tools,epidemiology and management of treatment-related symptom among cancer patients.This paper also put forward problems and suggestions of management for treatment-related symptom among cancer patients to provide a reference for clinical symptom management so as to relieve the symptom distress of cancer patients.
