癌症疼痛护理记录质量评价标准的建立

Establishing quality evaluation criteria of cancer pain nursing record

目的建立评价癌症疼痛护理记录质量的标准。方法根据国家卫生健康委员会发布的"癌症疼痛诊疗规范"及"北京市癌症疼痛护理专家共识"中关于癌症疼痛护理工作的要求,拟定护理文件中疼痛护理记录书写质量评价的指标及评分标准,进行专家咨询、预调查及评定者间信度检验该评价标准的信效度。结果癌症疼痛护理记录质量评价标准包含一级指标4项,二级指标14项,专家咨询各条目I-CVI值为0.88~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.97,各条目评分者间的一致性为87.50%~100.00%,总量表评分者间的一致性为0.84。结论癌症疼痛护理记录质量评价标准构建过程科学,内容全面、合理,具有良好的信效度,可为临床护士进行癌症疼痛护理记录的书写提供明确的指引,为管理者进行癌症疼痛质量督导提供了科学的质量评价工具,值得推广应用。

Objective To construct the quality evaluation criteria of cancer pain nursing record.Methods Based on the requirements for Standard for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer Pain and Beijing Expert Consensus Document on Cancer Pain issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China,the indexes and scoring criteria for evaluating the quality of nursing documents writing for pain nursing were drawn up,and the reliability and validity of the criteria were tested through expert consultation,pre-investigation and scorer reliability.Results The nursing record quality evaluation criteria of cancer pain consisted of 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators.The I-CVI value of each item was 0.88-1.00,S-CVI/Ave was 0.97,and the scorer reliability coefficient of each item was 87.5%-100%,and 0.84 for the scorers of the whole scale.Conclusions The quality evaluation criteria of cancer pain nursing records are scientific,comprehensive,reasonable and have good reliability and validity.It can provide clear guidelines for clinical nurses to write cancer pain nursing records,and provide scientific quality evaluation tools for managers to supervise cancer pain nursing quality.It is worth popularizing and applying.
