我国护理领域胜任力研究的文献分析

Bibliometric analysis of researches on nursing competence in China

目的梳理我国护理领域胜任力研究现状及发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考依据。方法在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、CNKI、维普数据库、万方数据库及Pubmed数据库检索2018年11月以前收录的护理领域胜任力文献。采用NoteExpress 3.2管理文献,Excel 2010建立数据库,对文献的发表年份、地区、机构、研究类型及研究内容等进行整理分析。结果共检索到符合要求的文献634篇,首篇文献发表于1999年。634篇文献来自全国30个省、自治区、直辖市共365所机构。文献以类实验研究(147篇)及横断面调查(144篇)居多;研究对象以医院临床护士(353篇)为主;研究内容侧重于基于胜任力的培养(260篇)及胜任力模型构建(186篇)。结论我国护理领域胜任力研究起步晚发展快,存在明显的地域差异,研究内容深度不足,基层护理胜任力挖掘不足。

Objective To explore the current situation and development trend of nursing competence in China,and to provide evidence for further researches.Methods Papers related to competence in nursing field included before November 2018 were retrieved from Chinese Biology Medicine Database(CBM),CNKI,VIP database,Wanfang databases and Pubmed.NoteExpress 3.2 and Excel 2010 were used for managing papers and data analysis.The publication year,region,institution,research type,research content,etc.of the papers were analyzed.Results A total of 634 papers were retrieved and the first paper was published in 1999.The 634 papers were from 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipality directly under the central government,365 institutions.Papers were mostly quasi-experiments(147 papers)and cross-sectional surveys(144 papers).The subjects were mainly clinical nurses in hospitals(353 papers).The researches mostly focused on competence-based training(260 papers)and competence model construction(186 papers).Conclusions Competence research in nursing field started late but developed rapidly in our country,and there are obvious regional differences.The research depth is insufficient,and the competence of community nursing is not enough.
