基于“图书馆+”创新思维的公共图书馆跨界融合实践研究——以合肥市图书馆为例

Research on the Practice of Cross-border Integration of Public Libraries Based on “Library+” Innovative Thinking——Taking Hefei Library as an Example

“互联网+”创新思维广泛用于我国的各行各业,在此背景下的公共图书馆创新性地与其他行业开展跨界融合服务实践。本文首先分析公共图书馆跨界融合的四种实践类型,在此基础上深入解析合肥市图书馆跨界融合的实践案例,进而提出公共图书馆在“图书馆+”创新思维下跨界融合的建议,主要有:第一,深化跨界融合实践,提升“图书馆+”创新思维下跨界融合的服务品质;第二,立足本馆资源,加大“图书馆+”创新思维下跨界融合的资源推广力度;第三,明确跨界融合合作过程,优化“图书馆+”创新思维下跨界融合的合作效果;第四,特色化用户服务,提高“图书馆+”创新思维下跨界融合用户参与度。

The “Internet+” innovative thinking is widely used in all walks of life in China. In this context, public libraries have innovatively practiced cross-border integration services with other industries. First, this paper analyzes four types of cross-border integration practice of public libraries. On this basis, the paper analyzes the practical cases of cross-border integration of Hefei Library and then proposes the integration of public libraries under the “library+” innovative thinking. Suggestions mainly include: first, deepen the practice of cross-border integration, improve the service quality of cross-border integration under the “library+” innovative thinking;second, based on the library resources, increase the resource promotion of cross-border integration under the “library+” innovative thinking;third,clear the process of cross-border integration and cooperation,optimize the cooperation effect of cross-border integration under the “library+” innovative thinking;fourth, feature customer service and improve user engagement of cross-border integration under the “library+” innovative thinking.
