关于豫西地区城市绿色创新发展的探索——以三门峡市为例

Exploration of Promoting Urban Green Innovation Development in Western Henan Province——Take Sanmenxia City as an example

如何加快绿色发展,强化生态保护,坚持“增绿与增收并重、造绿与造景并举、绿化与美化并行”,探索把绿水青山转化为金山银山的有效途径,是近几年城市发展转型升级、推动绿色创新发展的重要课题。从三门峡市近年来突出生态建设主线、提高生态建设标准等工作成效入手,探讨豫西地区城市转型发展的经验,并对下一步工作提出对策建议。

How to accelerate green development,strengthen ecological protection,and adhere to the principle of "Green and income both increased,forestry and landscape both created,forestation and beautification both developed is an important subject for the transformation and upgrading of urban development and the promotion of green innovation.So does exploring effective ways to transform clean water and green mountains into wealth.This paper starts with the achievements of Sanmenxia City in highlighting the main lines of ecological construction and improving the ecological construction standards in recent years.It discusses the experience and enlightenment of urban transformation and development in the western Henan,and proposes countermeasures for the next step.
