基于CNKI的近20年中药治疗失眠研究状况及趋势可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on Research Status and Trends of Chinese Materia Medica for Treatment of Insomnia in Recent Two Decades Based on CNKI

目的探索中药治疗失眠领域的发展状况、研究热点及前沿。方法计算机检索1998年1月1日-2018年6月10日中国知识资源总库(CNKI)收录的中药治疗失眠的相关文献,经Refworks格式转换后,采用CiteSpaceⅤ软件绘制中药治疗失眠文献的作者、机构和关键词的可视化知识图谱,并进行作者、机构的合作网络分析及关键词共现、聚类分析。结果共纳入906篇文献,涉及我国31个省、直辖市、自治区。作者合作知识图谱由61个节点、58条连线组成,存在龚梦鹃、黎发根2个主要作者合作群。机构知识图谱由31个节点、5条连线组成,仅有7个机构间存在明显的合作关系。热点关键词为中药、失眠、针刺、中药熏洗、耳穴压豆、顽固性失眠、睡眠质量、临床观察等,形成6个聚类。研究前沿包括中药治疗失眠机制的探讨和临床疗效的综合评价。结论中药治疗失眠研究领域发展良好,但影响力不足,跨机构、跨地区的合作有待加强,现阶段研究热点主要集中在疗效评价及机制探讨。

Objective To explore and summarize development status,research hotspots and research frontier of Chinese materia medica for the treatment of insomnia.Methods Literature about Chinese materia medica for the treatment of insomnia published from January 1,1998 to June 10,2018 were retrieved from CNKI by computer.After Refworks format conversion,CiteSpaceⅤwas used to draw visualization knowledge maps of the author,institution and keywords in the literature about Chinese materia medica for the treatment of insomnia and the cooperative network analysis of the author and the institution as well as the co-occurrence analysis and clustering analysis of the keywords were conducted.Results Totally 906 articles were included,involving 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions.The author cooperative knowledge map was made up of 61 nodes and 58 links,which existed two main author cooperation groups,GONG Mengjuan and LI Fagen.The institution knowledge map was made up of 31 nodes and 5 links,and only 7 institutions had an obvious partnership.The hotspot keywords were Chinese materia medica,insomnia,acupuncture,TCM fumigation,auricular point sticking,intractable insomnia,quality of sleep and clinical observation,which could form 6 clusters.The frontier of Chinese materia medica for the treatment of insomnia was discussion on mechanism and comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy.Conclusion The field of Chinese materia medica for the treatment of insomnia has developed well,but the influence is not enough,the cooperation between different institutions and regions also needs to be strengthened.At present,the research hotspots are mainly on discussion on the mechanism and evaluation of efficacy.
