基于社会网络分析法的中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征京津冀地区团队传承挖掘

Exploration of Inheritance Groups in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Experienced in TCM Treatment for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Based on Social Network Analysis

目的运用社会网络分析法挖掘中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征的京津冀地区团队,为该领域学术传承提供参考。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)建库至2018年7月31日公开发表的中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征的文献,筛选出京津冀地区文献。以文献题录中作者间的合著关系为切入点,运用社会网络分析法进行挖掘和分析,结合相关文献进行团队学术经验总结和梳理,并采用文献计量学方法分析研究热点及趋势。结果共筛选出378篇文献,挖掘出京津冀地区中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征的7个主要团队,分别以李光荣、肖承悰、韩冰、柴松岩、金季玲、吴中朝、杜惠兰为学术带头人。结论运用社会网络分析法可以较好地挖掘出中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征名家传承团队,寻找关系网络中的核心人物,梳理名老中医传承脉络。

Objective To explore groups in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region experienced in TCM treatment for polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)using social network analysis;To provide references for academic inheritance in this field.Methods Literature about treating PCOS with TCM was retrieved from CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP database from inception to July 31st 2018.Articles from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region were searched out.Based on the relation between co-authors in these articles,social network analysis was used to discover and draw the relation network diagram.Relevant literature was combined to summarize the academic experience of each group,and bibliometric methods were used to analyze research hotspots and trends.Results Totally 378 articles were included.Seven major groups were explored in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region experienced in TCM treatment for PCOS,the academic leaders of which were LI Guangrong,XIAO Chengzong,HAN Bing,CHAI Songyan,WU Zhongzhao,JIN Jiling and DU Huilan,respectively.Conclusion Social network analysis can better discover inheritance groups of famous TCM groups in TCM treatment for PCOS,finding out the key members in social network and combing the inheritance of famous TCM doctors in each group.
