国医大师张学文运用益胃汤治疗厌食临床经验

Clinical Experience of National TCM Master Zhang Xuewen in Anorexia by Using Yiwei Decoction

本文介绍国医大师张学文运用益胃汤治疗厌食的经验。张老认为,厌食责之脾胃,或脾失运化,痰湿中阻;或胃阴亏虚,受纳失常;或饮食积滞,失于升降;或情志失调,肝气横犯。治疗时当脾胃分治,切忌笼统盖之,以偏概全。张老善用益胃汤化裁,治疗厌食之胃阴亏虚证,临床效果显著。

This article introduced the clinical experience of national TCM master Zhang Xuewen in treatment of anorexia by using Yiwei Decoction.From his point of view,anorexia is due to the functional imbalance of spleen and stomach,such as phlegm and dampness stagnation caused by the failure in movement and transformation of spleen,abnormal receiving caused by yin deficiency of stomach,ascending and descending disorder caused by food stagnation,emotional disorder caused by invasion of liver qi.Thus,treatment should be separated from spleen and stomach,not too general and partial.Master Zhang is good at using modified Yiwei Decoction to treat the yin deficiency syndrome of anorexia,with significant effect in clinic.
