摘要
针对综采工作面回风隅角有毒有害气体集聚超限这一现象,从有毒有害气体的来源及影响因素等方面入手,对综采工作面回风隅角有毒有害气体集聚超限进行分析,采取减少采空区遗煤量及采空区漏风、加快工作面推进速度、合理配风及灌浆、注氮等综合防治技术措施,确保综采工作面回风隅角有毒有害气体浓度处于正常水平,保证井下作业人员人身安全及综采工作面安全、高效回采。
Aiming at the phenomenon of toxic and harmful gas gathering in the air return corner in fully-mechanized mining face,starting from the sources and influencing factors of toxic and harmful gas,this paper analysed the excessive accumulation of toxic and harmful gas in the air return corner in fully-mechanized mining face,and adopted comprehensive prevention and control technologies such as reducing the amount of coal left in the goaf and air leakage in the goaf,speeding up the advancing speed of the working face,reasonable air distribution,grouting and nitrogen injection.Measures were taken to ensure that the concentration of toxic and harmful gases in the air return corner of fully-mechanized mining face was at a normal level,to ensure the personal safety of underground workers and the safe and efficient mining of fully-mechanized mining face.
