摘要
为解决工作面交叉巷在采动影响下巷道变形大难以支护的问题,通过建立交叉巷围岩力学模型与FLAC3D数值计算模型分析了交叉巷开挖后及其采动影响下的围岩应力分布规律,得出以下结论:掘进支巷后,三角区应力集中明显,由外往里应力集中系数减小,巷道变形量大小排序:巷道锐角三角帮>巷道钝角三角帮>非三角帮;受超前采动应力的影响,三角区内垂直应力均增大,高应力集中区的面积占比明显增大,三角区的稳定性变差,巷道顶板由下到上水平应力逐渐增大,顶板承载性逐渐增大。基于此,提出了使用高强锚杆及对三角帮打补强锚索的支护技术,控制了交叉巷道围岩变形,确保工作面安全生产。
In order to solve the problem that the roadway intersection deformation is very large and difficult to support under the influence of mining,by establishing the mechanical model of surrounding rock and FLAC 3D numerical model,the paper analyzes the excavation of cross roadway and the stress distribution law of surrounding rock under the influence of mining,the conclusion is drawn,after digging into the branch lane,the stress concentration in the triangle area is obvious,the stress concentration coefficient is reduced from the outside to the inside,roadway deformation from large to small is the acute angle side of roadway,roadway side obtuse triangle,non-triangle side,the vertical stress increases in the triangular area,the area of the high stress concentration area increases significantly,the stability of the triangular area decreases,the horizontal stress of the roof of the roadway increases gradually from bottom to top,and the carrying capacity of the top plate increases gradually.Based on this,the supporting technology of high strength bolt and triangular reinforcement bolt is put forward to control the deformation of surrounding rock of cross roadway and ensure the safety of working face.
