摘要
针对复杂地质条件下,局部厚煤层分层开采问题,以张双楼煤矿74102工作面人工假顶布置为背景,在分析地质构造对假顶铺设影响的基础上,提出采用矿用高强聚酯纤维柔性网作为加强材料。根据合成区煤厚分布、夹矸分布特征和相邻工作面接续,确定人工假顶布置方式,并对矿用高强聚酯纤维柔性网现场施工工艺进行优化,实现了工作面的安全高效开采、为下分层提供了稳定顶板条件。同时,避免了人员进入煤壁区作业的危险性,提高了安全性。
Aiming at the problem of slicing mining in local thick seam under complicated geological conditions, taking the artificial false roof layout of 74102 working face in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine as the background, and on the basis of analyzing the influence of geological structure on false roof laying, the flexible network of high-strength polyester fibers used as reinforcing material was proposed. According to the distribution characteristics of coal thickness, gangue and adjacent working face in synthetic area, the artificial artificial roof layout was determined, and the construction technology of flexible net with high-strength polyester fiber was optimized. The safe and efficient mining of working face was realized, and the stable roof condition was provided for the lower slicing. At the same time, the operation of personnel entering the coal wall area was avoided, and the safety was also improved.
