特厚坚硬顶板巷道变形原因与控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 W1123综放面运输巷属于典型的特厚坚硬顶板巷道,埋深大、受采动影响大、顶板坚硬难以自然垮落、应力集中程度较高,巷道稳定性差。现场调查分析发现,顶板坚硬难以自然垮落,造成悬顶,巷道两帮处于高垂直应力环境下。回采过程中工作面超前50m范围内矿压显现明显,巷道变形严重。对工作面顶板进行超前预裂爆破处理,巷道两帮采用大直径钻孔卸压,减小巷道围岩变形量。利用高强度短锚索加强巷道围岩支护。 The underpass of W1123 fully-mechanized caving face belongs to the typical super-thick and hard roof roadway, which is deeply buried, heavily affected by mining, hard roof is difficult to collapse naturally, stress concentration is high, and the stability of roadway is poor. Field investigation and theoretical analysis showed that the roof is hard and difficult to collapse naturally, resulting in suspended roof, and the two sides of the roadway are in a high vertical stress environment. During the mining process, the strata pressure of the working face is obvious within 50 meters ahead of time, and the deformation of the roadway is serious. The roof of the working face was pre-splitted and blasted in advance. Large diameter boreholes were used to relieve pressure on both sides of the roadway ,so as to reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway. High strength short anchor cable was used to strengthen surrounding rock supporting of roadway.
