流延茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯加工性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用ME30/9100V3流延膜机加工茂金属聚乙烯HPR3518CB,研究了加工温度、冷却温度、主机转速对茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)制品力学性能、光学性能的影响规律,结合实际加工表现确定了HPR3518CB的流延膜合适的加工窗口:机筒温度230~240℃,冷辊温度为20~25℃,挤出速率为20~30r/min。 The metallocene polyethylene HPR3518CB was processed by ME30/9100V3 cast film machine.It was studied that the effects of processing temperature, cooling temperature and host speed on the mechanical and optical properties of metallocene linear low density polyethylene (mLLDPE) products.The suitable cast film of HPR3518CB was determined according to the actual processing performance.We identified the suitable processing window of HPR3518CB.The barrel temperature is 230~ 240 ℃, and the chill roll temperature is 20~ 25 ℃, and the extrusion rate is 20~30 r/min.
