摘要
合成了油酸修饰的纳米Cu润滑油添加剂,并用改装的四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了添加纳米Cu的润滑油在不同磁场条件下的摩擦学性能。结果表明:磁场作用下,含纳米Cu添加剂润滑油中钢球的磨斑直径和摩擦因数均小于无磁场环境。采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱分析了磨斑表面,并探讨了磁场条件下纳米Cu添加剂的摩擦学机理。分析认为:一方面,外加磁场引起的感应电流促进了Cu的软化涂抹;另一方面,外加磁场可能促进了Cu参与摩擦化学反应生成了CuO。
The nano-copper lubricating oil additive modified by oleic acid was synthesized.The tribological properties of nano-Cu lubricating oil in different magnetic fields were investigated by modified four-ball machine.The results showed that the wear spot diameter and friction coefficient of the steel ball in the lubricating oil containing nano-Cu were smaller than those in the environment without magnetic field.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were used to analyze the wear spots,and the tribological mechanism of nano-Cu in magnetic field was discussed.It is concluded that on the one hand,induced current caused by external magnetic field promotes the softening of Cu;on the other hand,the applied magnetic field may promote the participation of Cu in the tribochemical reaction to form CuO.
