摘要
采用不同种源地不同规格接穗进行樟子松嫩枝嫁接试验,分析了不同种源地接穗和不同规格接穗嫁接成活率的影响。结果表明:采自不同种源地的樟子松接穗嫁接成活率有一定的差异。陕西榆林采集的三种不同粗度的接穗,嫁接后其平均成活率为93.09%;内蒙古红花尔基采集的接穗,其嫁接成活率为82.97%。不同规格的接穗其嫁接成活率也有差异。
The effects of different provenances and specifications on the survival rate of scions were analyzed.Result shows that the survival rate of scion grafting of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica from different provenances is different.The average survival rate of three kinds of scions with different thicknesses collected in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province is 93.09%, and that of the scions collected in Honghuaerji Town, Inner Mongolia, is 82.97%.The survival rate of grafted scions with different sizes is also different.
