天台黄茶产业存在的问题及策略研究

Research on problems and strategies of Tiantai yellow tea industry

近年来,浙江省黄化茶树品种‘黄金芽’、‘中黄1号’、‘中黄2号’、‘郁金香’等发展迅速,其中‘中黄1号’发现于天台县。茶树品种‘中黄1号’,拥有高度的县级扶持力度、良好的发展基础、独特的品种特性;天台黄茶是中黄1号所制茶产品,也是天台县一个特色茶产业,已成为目前天台县茶产业发展瓶颈中的一大突破。本文围绕天台黄茶,从品牌推广、标准化建设、产业共荣三个角度,对天台黄茶产业的现状和问题进行了探索和分析,为天台黄茶特色茶的发展策略提供对策建议。

In recent years,yellow tea cultivars in Zhejiang Province have been developed rapidly,including ‘Zhonghuang 1’,’Huanjinya’ and ‘Zhonghuang 2’. The ‘Zhonghuang 1’ was bred in Tiantai County which was supported by the local Government owing to its unique characteristics of tea quality."Tiantai Yellow Tea" is a tea product made using materials from cultivars ‘Zhonghuang 1’. The "Tiantai Yellow tea" is becoming a characteristic tea industry in Tiantai County which broke the bottleneck of the tea industry in Tiantai County. This paper focuses on "Tiantai Yellow Tea" exploration including the developmental status and existing problems from the aspects of brand promotion,standardization construction and industrial co-prosperity. Finally,related countermeasures were suggested.
