基于DEA的南京市科技园区竞争力研究

Research on Competitiveness of Nanjing’s Science and Technology Park based on DEA

科技园区的建设关系着南京市当下创新名城战略实施的成效,在实地调研南京多家科技园区的基础上,结合硅谷指数、中关村指数、张江指数等国内外创新园区评价指标,对南京市科技园区竞争力评价体系进行设计。该指标体系从创新基础、创新供给、创新服务、创新优化4个方面,运用经济学中用于投入产出分析的数据包络分析法对科技创新的投入-产出效率分析和综合竞争力指数进行测算,并结合政府政策投入、人才引进、科技产出等相关数据,并通过计算形成南京市各科技园区的竞争力指数。

The science and technology park is related to the effect of the implementation of Nanjing's innovation city. Based on the investigation of many science and technology parks in Nanjing, this paper designs the competitiveness evaluation system of science and technology parks in Nanjing by combining the evaluation indexes of innovation parks at home and abroad such as Zhong Guancun Index, Zhang Jiang index and Silicon Valley index. The index system evaluates the input-output efficiency and the comprehensive competitiveness index of scientific and technological innovation from four aspects of innovation basic, innovation supply, innovation service and innovation optimization. According to the relevant statistical data, the competitiveness index of each science and technology park in Nanjing is calculated.
