低铁比条件下低硅、低温铁水加煤块冶炼生产实践

摘要 立足于石横特钢生产条件,通过对煤块利用率的理论测定、加煤块对指标的影响以及不同条件下加煤块的成本对比情况,制定出了煤块合理消耗的量,实现了低铁比条件下低硅、低温铁水加煤块生产顺行,达到多产钢的目的,降低成本2.06元/t,并为以后进一步通过转炉增加煤块提温,提高废钢比做好了基础技术支持。 Based on the production conditions of Shiheng Special Steel, through the theoretical determination of the utilization ratio of coal block, the influence of coal block on the index and the comparison of the cost of coal block under different conditions, the reasonable consumption of coal block is worked out. The production of low silicon and low temperature hot metal coal block under low iron ratio is carried out smoothly. The purpose of producing more steel is achieved. The cost is reduced by 2.06 Yuan per ton. For the future, by further increasing the temperature of coal block in converter, the basic technical support for raising scrap ratio is provided.
