摘要
对C345级微合金钢在不同温度加热过程中的奥氏体晶粒生长行为进行试验分析,结果表明钢材具有较好的抗晶粒粗化能力,其奥氏体晶粒粗化温度约在1100-1200℃。通过对轧制过程中的加热温度进行有效控制,所生产的不同厚度规格的H型钢产品均具有较好的力学性能和均匀细小的微观组织。
Austenite grain growth behavior of the C345 microalloyed steel at various temperature was studied. The results show that the steel has good anti-coarsening ability, the austenite grain coarsening temperature was between 1100-1 200℃. After effective control of the heating temperature during rolling process, the H section steel products with different thickness have good mechanical properties and fine microstructure.
