摘要
莱钢型钢炼铁厂2座1880m^3高炉配套2台265m^2烧结机,为了满足高炉生产的低成本和精料要求,对烧结机进行了漏风治理、改善造球、提高料温等一系列技术改造,同时加强过程控制,在保证烧结矿质量的前提下,提高了烧结矿产量,实现了高效生产。
Two 1 880 m3 blast furnaces in Laigang Section Steel Ironmaking Plant are equipped, with two 265 m2 sintering machines. In order to meet the low cost and concentrate requirements of blast furnace production, a series of technical reforms have been carried out on the sintering machine, such as air leakage treatment, improvement of pelletizing, increase of material temperature and so on. At the same time, the process control has been strengthened, and the output of sinter has been increased and high efficiency production has been reaEzed on the premise of ensuring the quality of sinter.
